Time Service Settings

Network time synchronization function will be activated or deactivated by enabling or disabling SNTP.

• Enabling SNTP
  Enabling Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) and synchronizing the Huawei B618 Router time allows you to maintain the same time as the server.

 

 

Enabling SNTP

Enabling Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) and synchronizing the Huawei B618 Router time allows you to maintain the same time as the server.

Procedure

1. Choose Settings> System > Time Service Settings.
2. Select the SNTP check box.
3. Select Primary NTP server, which is the preferred server for time synchronization.
4. Select Secondary NTP server, which is the backup server for time synchronization.
5. Select Local time zone.
6. Click Apply.
